Delivery, Price, Postage and Packing Delivery will be within 5 working days of receipt of order or sooner.

The Employment Document Company™ reserves the right to change the contents and/or price and/or delivery charges of any product or service at any time without prior notification. Prices of The Employment Document Company™ products are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. The Employment Document Company™ take great care to make sure that the price that is quoted on the website or in its publicity literature is correct. If there is an error in the price published on the website or in its publicity literature, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to request an extra payment or refund an overpayment. You have the right to cancel the order in these circumstances in which case you will receive a full refund.

 
Title in all documents remains in The Employment Document Company™ until full payment has been received.
 
Prices of products include the cost of Postage and Packing in the United Kingdom. Products will not be sent overseas. Customers purchasing documents from outside the United Kingdom will be sent an e-mail version of the documents.

The Employment Document Company™ is not responsible for delivery problems outside its control.

Returns Policy If you have a faulty product, you must contact the The Employment Document Company™ in case we are able to resolve the problem for you. If you need to return a product for a replacement, we will send you a replacement when we have received the faulty product, undamaged.

There is no right for you to cancel a purchase or a refund if you have downloaded the product, it has been emailed to you, or you have opened the packaging if it has been sent to you. If you have not opened a product sent to you, we may, at our absolute discretion decide to refund your order, subject to the following conditions.
 
If you wish to return an unopened product and request a refund, you must contact the Company within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and discuss the matter and the method of return with our sales department at the contact details in these Terms of Business.
 

The product must be returned within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods to the Contact Address below. It is your responsibility to ensure the product reaches our Contact address. We accept no responsibility for returned products that do not reach our contact address, that are lost or stolen.

Any returned product must be properly packed so that it returns in an undamaged state.

Any returned product must have full postage paid by you. If a product is returned with insufficient postage payment, the excess postage paid by The Employment Document Company™ will be deducted from any refund.

Refunds will not be made for any opened, incomplete or damaged goods returned to us.

Complaints If you have a complaint about a product from The Employment Document Company™, please contact us at the address and details in these Terms of Business. We aim to respond to complaints as soon as possible and normally within 5 working days.

Ordering Documents from The Employment Document Company™ The order form supplied on the website or to you by another means is designed to provide us with the information we need to create the documents you require. You should make sure that any information that you supply to us is correct before sending the order form to us, either electronically or by another means, and proceeding to payment. Where your organisation is part of a Group, you may not distribute, copy or use any of the documents in any other part of the Group.

You may not transfer ownership of any of the documents that you have bought to any other organisation to enable them to breach this copyright clause.
 
You may not rent or lease any document to anyone else.
 
You must not remove or in any way alter the copyright notice on any document.

You may use the documents supplied to you within your own organisation as many times as you wish, subject to these Terms of Business.

Waiver Failure by The Employment Document Company™ to enforce any of its rights under these Terms of Business is not to be regarded as a waiver of those rights unless the waiver is confirmed in writing. If The Employment Document Company™ decides to waive any of its rights under these Terms of Business, this will not inhibit The Employment Document Company™ from enforcing those rights at any or all times in the future.
